CWCN holds a general meeting with guest speaker every second month.

We'll have an update on past, present and planned activities for you and any thing relevant for our work. 

Our guest speaker Marco Gabriel is probably known to a few of you as he has spent a considerable amount of time at our Centre recently. 

Marco Gabriel is an undergraduate student in Environmental Management at UQ doing an Honours project next year. This past semester, he has undertaken an industry placement at CWCN with the aim of introducing some GIS capabilities to the organisation in order to improve future grant applications, planning, and information records. His presentation will explore what he accomplished at CWCN and explain the implications of GIS on CWCN's future activities.

Of course, this is the last meeting of the year. We'll be celebrating volunteer achievements and get ready for the holiday break. Join us for this evening. We'll have finger food and refreshments waiting for you.
