The members of Merri Merri Bushcare group are fulfilling a very important role in linking upper Cubberla Creek riparian area to the 8 km long wildlife corridor to the Brisbane River. There is a constant need to prevent seedbanks of weeds like Dischoriste repens from infecting areas further downstream. It is a never-ending task and the group invites concerned members of the community to join their monthly working bees to help achieve these objectives
